I have to say my favorite this month would be Shatter Me and the novella Destroy Me by Tahereh Mafi. I have had this series on my bookshelf for so long and I am happy I finally picked it up. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books. I finally finished the last book in The Mortal Instruments series, City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare. I really love this series and the characters in it but I felt like the last few books just kind of dragged on and weren’t really needed. I have yet to read The Infernal Devices series or The Dark Artifices series. I also really enjoyed The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken, which is another series that has been on my TBR for quite a while. I have the next book in the series on hold at the library.  In regards to ARCS, The Favorite Daughter by Kaira Rouda and Things You Save in a Fire by Katherine Center were by far my favorites this month.

My reading has been slower as I have been quite tired, I’m in my 6th month of pregnancy and we have been extremely busy. After this next week when all our obligations and projects are finished, I plan on resting and reading the rest of the summer. I think next on my TBR will be the rest of the books in the Shatter Me series as well as a few remaining ARCs from Megan Miranda and Riley Sager. Then I am hoping to get started on book 5 of the Outlander series, The Fiery Cross. What is on everyone’s TBR for June?
