So from my personal TBR, The Wicked King by Holly Black was by far my favorite book I read in February. No spoilers, but man can she write a plot twist. I need the 3rd book ASAP! ARC wise this month, The Stillwater Girls by Minka Kent was definitely my favorite. I have seen some negative reviews about this one but I really enjoyed it and if you haven’t, definitely add this one to your thriller TBR. I read several great children’s books this month but my favorite was The Tiny Truths Illustrated Bible by Joanna Rivard and Tim Penner. The illustrations were just incredible and it included so many wonderful Bible stories.
You will notice that I have been increasing the number of children’s books I read and review. If you don’t follow me on Instragram (@mrsreadsbooks) or Twitter (@mrs_readsbooks) you probably missed my announcement earlier in February that my husband and I are expecting and are due in early September! So, although I read a lot of fiction and nonfiction in variety of adult genres, you will also notice an increase in children’s books. And if we aren’t friends on Instagram, come find me! I love chatting and checking out everyone’s beautiful book photos!
