March Wrap Up

I managed to read a total of 17 books this month! I finally got to the 2nd book in the Throne of Glass series and I wish I had started this series sooner, it’s fantastic. So the books at the top are from my personal TBR, either books I own or books I borrowed from the library and the books at the bottom are advanced reading copies or review copies I received from publishers.Β  Oh and because I have gotten the questions several times, no I am not pregnant. My husband and I plan on starting to try later this year and I am the type of person who likes to research and read about things like that a lot and many, many months ahead of time! And because I frequent thrift stores, I literally just bought every pregnancy book I came across without checking to see if they fit my lifestyle (very natural). So all of the pregnancy books I read this month I already passed along to friends!

My favorite books this month were The Roanoke Girls by Amy Engel and Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas. The Roanoke Girls was disturbing, but so amazing. I am loving the Throne of Glass series so far and I thought Crown of Midnight was just about perfect. I am really loved Never Let You Go by Chevy Stevens. It is the first book I have read by her, although I literally own every other book she’s written and I really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to read more of her work. Of course, anything written by Colleen Hoover is always fantastic and Loosing Hope was a great sequel to Hopeless and filled in a lot of the questions about Holder that I had. The Polygamist’s Daughter by Anna LeBaron was also really interesting if you like non-fiction. What were your favorite books this month?
